If you require any product specification, warranty term, or policy on this site translated into Arabic, contact us at support@aomorijeans.com and we will provide it.

3. Pricing and Fees

  • All prices displayed on the Website are shown in AED and are inclusive of UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable statutory rate.
  • The total price, including any delivery charges, is displayed to you before you confirm and pay for your order, in line with UAE e-commerce disclosure requirements — never added afterward.
  • We do not engage in misleading pricing practices, false discounting, or bait-and-switch advertising.

4. Product Information

We provide accurate descriptions of fabric composition and sizing for each product listed. Care instructions and country of manufacture are shown on the care label of every garment. If a product received differs materially from its description, you are entitled to remedies under Section 6 below.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

  • Where a product is found to be defective or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020. Our own policy terms supplement — but do not reduce — these statutory rights.

We collect and process your personal data only as described in our Privacy Policy. In line with Article 4(5) of Federal Law No. 15 of 2020, we do not use your personal data for marketing or promotional purposes without your consent, and we do not sell your data to third parties.
