These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aomorijeans.com (the "Website") and any purchase you make from Aomori Jeans ("Aomori Jeans," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Aomori Jeans is a women's denim brand operated by Sentaku Trading FZCO, a company registered with IFZA (International Free Zone Authority) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under trade license number 85714. 2. Eligibility

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, or be using the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Products and Pricing

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue a product, or correct pricing or description errors at any time, even after an order has been placed, in which case we will notify you and offer a full refund.
  • Prices are displayed in AED and are inclusive of UAE VAT unless stated otherwise. The total price, including delivery charges, is shown before you confirm payment.
  • Colours and textures may appear slightly different on screen due to display settings; we describe fabric composition and fit as accurately as possible on each product page.

4. Orders and Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability).
  • Payment is processed securely through our licensed payment partners at the time of order. We do not store your full card details.
  • You will receive an order confirmation by email once your payment is successfully processed. This confirmation does not guarantee stock availability until the order has shipped.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines and charges are set out on our Shipping Policy page and shown at checkout.
  • Risk of loss and title to items pass to you once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information, customs processes (for GCC/cross-border orders), or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Please refer to our Refund Policy for the full terms on returns, exchanges, and order cancellations. Your statutory rights as a consumer under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection are not affected by our policy and take precedence where more favourable to you.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including the Aomori Jeans name, logo, "Blue Forest" brand identity, product photography, graphics, and text — is owned by or licensed to us and protected under UAE and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information when placing an order

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, Aomori Jeans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or purchase of our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection or other mandatory law.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation with our customer service team at support@aomorijeans.com, and if unresolved, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, without prejudice to your right to escalate a consumer complaint to the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism or the UAE Ministry of Economy & Tourism.
